Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason other than items that arrive damaged. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged, we will gladly assist you.
To qualify:
- You must contact us within 10 days of delivery.
- You must provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Failure to provide photo evidence within the required timeframe may result in denial of your claim.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we may offer one of the following:
- Replacement of the damaged item
- Refund (at our discretion)
We reserve the right to deny claims that appear fraudulent or inconsistent with shipping damage.
